As part of a “station” menu, barbecue or a buffet, these impressive whole roast piglet showpieces create excitement! Two weeks notice for roast baby piglets is recommended. If a full meal serving is required, plan on about one pound per person.

There’s absolutely nothing like the tantalizing, mouth watering aroma, anticipation and excitement of a whole baby piglet roasting all day on a spit barbecue or roaster to stimulate your taste buds and thrill your guests!  Then, finally comes the moment to savor as your chef carves up choice, juicy morsels just for you! Our spit barbecued and roasted piglets are slow cooked for up to ten hours by one of our master barbecue chefs.
