Our chef’s home made hot buffet menus include seasonal garden salad, daily hot vegetable rolls with butter if appropriate and assorted jumbo cookies and pastry squares.  If serving these menus as a supper buffet add 2.95 per person.

Sweet And Sour Chicken or Shrimp
Tender chunks of chicken or shrimp in a crispy coating mixed with peppers and onions and sweet and sour sauce served with steamed rice and spring rolls with plum sauce

Turkey Schnitzel
Tender turkey schnitzel with wild mushroom sauce and rosti potato cakes

Chicken or Beef Fajitas – 2 per person
Tender strips of chicken or beef with our blend of fajitas spice, pepper and onions, served with tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, cheddar cheese, guacamole and dirty rice

Beef and Vegetable Kabobs
Tender strip loin of beef chunks with peppers and onions, glazed with orange Hoisin sauce and served with basmati rice pilaf
