Choose one of the following entrees for your next hot buffet lunch or dinner.  All of our entrees come with a seasonal garden salad or daily hot vegetable,  rolls with butter if appropriate and assorted dessert platter.
Minimum lunch buffet order Monday to Friday 8 guests.
If serving these menus as a supper buffet add 3.95 per person (minimum 20 guests).

Sweet And Sour Chicken
Tender chunks of chicken in a crispy coating mixed with peppers and onions and sweet and sour sauce served with steamed rice and spring rolls with plum sauce

Turkey Schnitzel
Tender turkey schnitzel with wild mushroom sauce and rosti potato cakes

Chicken or Beef Fajitas – 2 per person
Tender strips of chicken or beef with our blend of fajitas spice, pepper and onions, served with tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, cheddar cheese, guacamole and dirty rice

Classic Italian Lasagna  – (multiples of 8 only)
Robust 3 x 3” serving with beef, tomato and three cheese filling layered in tender pasta ribbons

Vegetarian Lasagna – (multiples of 8 only)

Chicken strips slow cooked with creamy mushroom sauce and served with egg noodles

Hong Kong Chicken and Mushroom Fried Rice

A classic Italian chicken stew slow simmered with tomatoes, peppers and tender onions and served with chef’s pasta of the day

Parmesan/herb breaded boneless breast of chicken served with rosemary and garlic roasted potato wedges

Meat or Cheese and Spinach Cannelloni
