All menu items will be delivered in disposable serving equipment.  If you wish us to provide chafing dishes to keep hot items warm an additional cost of 25.00 per unit will be applied.  Disposable dinnerware 1.00/per person.  Buffet linen is available 18.00 each.  Delivery charge and taxes are extra.

Full Service:

Your buffet menu will be delivered and set up and attended to by professional waiters that will remain until the end of the meal is completed.  We would be pleased to provide pricing for staff based on your requirements.  Please ask your sales rep for details.  Delivery charge, taxes and gratuities are extra.
