Open House Menus

Tomato and Roasted Pepper BruschettaOPEN HOUSE MENUS:

These are some sample menus suitable for an open house, grand opening, new location introduction or customer appreciation event.  If your event takes place between 4 and 8 p.m., additional quantities or more items will be required.  Your Feast Your Eyes Event Consultant will be happy to provide customized menus suitable for your event’s purpose, time frame and budget.  Cocktail menus available starting at $15.95 per person.

BASIC COLD OPEN HOUSE MENU: 

• Assorted fancy finger sandwiches and tortilla spirals (chicken salad, salmon salad, tuna salad, egg salad, ham and cheddar, smoked salmon, etc.) 4 pc./person
• Assortment of fine domestic cheeses displayed with grape and berry garnishes and served with fancy crackers
• Raw vegetable crudités with spinach and roasted red pepper dip
• Assortment finger pastries, bars, squares, tartlets and cookies

HORS D’OEUVRE COLD OPEN HOUSE MENU: 

• Mini Yorkshire puddings topped with shaved rare beef and horseradish aioli and pea shoots
• Feta and roasted pepper stuffed chicken “lollipops” with tomato aioli
• Mini herbed scones with ham and port braised figs
• Wild mushroom and goat cheese flatbread wedges
• Assortment of fine domestic cheeses displayed with grape and berry garnishes and served with fancy crackers
• Presentation of vegetable crudités with spinach and roasted pepper dip
• Assortment of fancy finger pastries

BASIC HOT & COLD OPEN HOUSE MENU: 

• Chicken, pork or beef satay with Thai ginger/lime peanut sauce
• Cocktail meatballs (bourbon barbecue, chipotle, teriyaki, Shanghai sauce)
• Herb puffed pastry wrapped spicy sausage wedges with  honey Dijon dip
• Mumbai vegetarian samosas with mint sauce and tamarind sauce
• Garlic and herb crostini with a trio of toppings
• (Bruschetta mix, smoked salmon & citrus cream cheese, Moroccan spiced hummus)
• Raw vegetable crudités with house dip
• Mini fruit skewers

 *HORS D’OEUVRE HOT & COLD OPEN HOUSE MENU: 

Roasted beet crostini with toasted walnuts and balsamic drizzle
Sweet potato crusted shrimp with soy/honey Asian dip
Marinated lamb “lollipops” with sweet soy dip
Tenderloin sliders with brie, micro greens and caramelized shallots
Roasted apple, arugula and goat cheese puff pastry wedges
*This menu requires staff

CHINA, GLASSES, EQUIPMENT, STAFFING: 

We supply cocktail plates, bar glasses, cutlery, napkins, cocktail tables, buffet tables, floral centerpieces and staffing.  One of our event planners will be please to provide a quotation based on the requirements of your event.
