Venues

THE RIGHT VENUE…..LET US HELP YOU FIND THE PERFECT SPOT TO HOLD YOUR NEXT EVENT!

Finding the right venue to hold your event is the key to a successful event.  There are many different venues for different occasions.  Things to consider:

THE PURPOSE:

Whether you are a corporation planning an event that your clients and customers will remember that will keep your name and products at the forefront of their minds or you a having a social event, there are many unique venus that can fill the bill.

THE RIGHT SIZE:

Is the venue large enough to comfortably accommodate the number of guests and all of the activities that are planned?  Is it too large?  Will the event be lost inside too large a venue?

THE STYLE:

Are you looking for a classic elegance or something fun and unusual for your guests to experience?  Perhaps not the same old “tried and true”, but rather something unexpected?

THE CONVENIENCE FACTOR:

The right location is essential as it can “make or break” your event.  Convenience is a primary consideration.  It must be a convenient location – not too far out of the way.  There should be adequate parking on site or nearby.  Wheelchair access may be important.  There must be adequate facilities for guests, i.e. washrooms, etc.  Is it near hotels or public transportation?

THE BUDGET:

Obviously the venue must be priced correctly for the type of event you are holding.  Venues that include extras such as tables and chairs, audio visual equipment, stage risers or special lighting as part of their rental package are an excellent value.  If there are decorative or architectural elements in the venue, less of your budget will need to be spent on enhancing your event.
