Please browse our sample menus listed here, however, our consultants are pleased to prepare a customized menu suited to your preferences and budget for your party or corporate special event. We can provide exciting menus with gourmet international foods served in a variety of interesting ways such as interactive chef stations, display and show cooking, spit barbecuing with professional chefs and servers to complement any occasion. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, combined with environmentally sustainable practices. We are happy to accommodate special diets or needs where possible, such as food allergies, Kosher or Halal.
